Romano: Xavi Ready to Take Over Manchester United if Amorim Is Sacked

Former Barcelona head coach Xavi is reportedly prepared to work at Manchester United. Insider Fabrizio Romano shared this on his social media.

The Spanish coach is monitoring the situation at the English club and is ready to take charge if Ruben Amorim is dismissed as manager.

Xavi left Barcelona in 2024 and so far has only been approached by Al Ittihad.

After six rounds in the current Premier League season, Manchester United sit 14th in the table with seven points. Their next match is against Sunderland on October 4, starting at 17:00 GMT+3.
