Trust the process: Obasi on Manchester United’s Ralf hiring

Former Hoffenheim and Nigeria forward Chinedu Obasi has urged Manchester United to trust the process and has said that their new manager Ralf Ragnick can bring the best out of Cristiano Ronaldo. Ralf had recruited Obasi earlier and has the experience of working with him before.

When Joel Embiid made the phrase popular “trust the process”, it got attached to former 76ers manager Sam Hinkie and became a catchphrase for teams going through rebuilds or having a tough time. Right now, Manchester United is going through their ill-popular tough time and fired Ole Solksjaer and has now decided to sign Ralf Ragnick as their coach.

Ralf brings structure to a team so that everyone is able to function. Is he going to be able to work with Ronaldo? I believe so because he knows how to work with players and knows how to get the best out of people. He explains it to you and makes you understand the journey you're about to go with him and how difficult it is going to be. But if you are able to put in the work and trust the process, you will definitely gain.
