In a radical move, the USA women's and men's Football teams have agreed to equal pay. This came following a discrimination lawsuit filed by the women's team in 2019. The equal pay agreement states that the women's team will play at the same level quality of venues, stay in hotels of high standards, and also a similar number of charter flights. The men's team will also get childcare benefits.
