Golf: Lydia Ko wins Saudi Ladies International

New Zealand’s Lydia Ko claimed the Saudi Ladies International title after hitting a 65-shot to seal the deal. She entered the final day of the tournament with a four-point lead and by the end of the affair, won with a score of under 23. Meanwhile, Atthaya Thitkul from Thailand finished at the second spot with a score of 18 and under, and Great Britain’s Alice Hewson finished third.

Atthaya’s second place meant that the youngster has also won the Ladies European Tour’s Race to Costa del Sol. Thitkul claimed 3,264.46 points throughout the season which is double the next in the list, Sanna Nuutinen who finished with 1,570.27 points.

It's amazing to win the Race to Costa del Sol in my rookie season.
