Russian organization Gambit Esports is still looking for a support player. According to Cybersport.Metaratings.ru, about 10 people have been tested for the role and it seems that the candidate has been found. It looks like the new Gambit player will be a Belarusian cyber athlete Sergey HappyDyurara Khoronzhy.

Earlier Cybersport.Metaratings.ru was the first to report that HappyDyurara would join the new Fantastic Five team along with Egor Ark Jabotinsky and Stanislav Malr1ne Potorak, but it seems that something has changed.

In addition to the main roster, Gambit have a slot in the second division of the DPC-League for the CIS, with former Winstrike coach Timur Ahilles Kulmukhambetov actively recruiting players for them. As Cybersport.Metaratings.ru has learned, the squad will include Nikita Pantomem Balaganin, Maxim mellojul Pnev, Vasily AfterLife Shishkin and Dinar Rari Sharipov.

The previous DPC season was a failure for Gambit. Though they qualified for the ONE Esports Singapore Major 2021 and WePlay AniMajor, they finished at the bottom of the tables at both tournaments. The team finished in 9th-12th place at The International 2021 qualifiers.

Gambit-2 squad was disbanded after the end of Dota Pro Circuit 2021: Season 1, where the team took fourth place in the second division of the CIS.
