Pele, the Brazilian football legend has been released from the Albert Einstein hospital after undergoing colon surgery. Although the operation turned out to be successful, Pele will continue to undergo chemotherapy. Earlier, reports indicated that Pele had been in intensive care but the hospital administration revealed it did so for “preventive measures”. Pele is a three-time world cup winner with Brazil and nailed 77 goals for his national team.
