Japanese Formula One Grand Prix cancelled

The organisers for the Formula One Grand Prix have decided to call the event off this year amidst the growing cases of coronavirus in Japan. The organising team set the dates from eighth to tenth October but now with the pandemic at the helm, the race is not going to be held this year at the Suzuka Circuit.

This cancellation comes after the termination of the Singapore first to third October race. Lewis Hamilton is the number one ranked driver in the Formula One rankings while Max Verstappen and Lando Norris figure at two and three respectively.
