The fight between Ankalaev and Pereira was the main event at UFC 313, which took place in March this year in Las Vegas. In that contest, which lasted the full distance, Magomed won by unanimous decision, securing the UFC light heavyweight title.
Ankalaev’s mixed martial arts record includes 20 wins, one loss, and one draw, with one no contest. Alex Pereira has 12 wins and three losses on his record.
