Du Plessis last fought in February 2025 at UFC 312, where he won a unanimous decision against Sean Strickland. His record stands at 23 wins and 2 losses.
Chimaev was last in the octagon in October 2024 at UFC 308, defeating Robert Whittaker by submission (neck crank) in the first round. He boasts an impressive 14 wins with no losses.
