Former UFC bantamweight champion Dominick Cruz has pulled out of his fight against Rob Font, scheduled for February 23 at UFC Fight Night 252 in Seattle (USA), due to an injury sustained during training. This information was reported by Cageside Press.

Cruz last fought against Marlon Vera in August 2022 at UFC on ESPN 41. That match was stopped in the fourth round, resulting in a knockout loss for Dominick. His overall record stands at 24 wins and four losses.

Font last entered the octagon against Kyler Phillips in October 2024 at UFC Fight Night 245. That fight went the full distance and ended in Rob's favor by unanimous decision. He has a professional record of 21 wins and eight losses.
