American mixed martial arts fighters Beneil Dariush and Mateusz Gamrot of Poland clashed in the main card of UFC 280, taking place today, October 22, in Abu Dhabi.
The fight lasted the whole distance and ended in favor of Beneil by unanimous decision of the judges.
In May, 2021, Dariush fought his compatriot Tony Ferguson at UFC 262. In this fight Beneil won by unanimous decision. He now has 22 wins, four losses and one draw under his belt.
Last June, Gamrot was in the octagon against Russian Arman Tsarukyan at UFC Vegas 57. That fight ended in favor of the Polish athlete by a unanimous decision of the judges. Now he has 21 wins and two losses on his record.
