Former Bellator light heavyweight champion Vadim Nemkov shared in an exclusive interview with Telecomasia.net about his preparation for the PFL heavyweight title fight against Renan Ferreira.

At first, PFL told me I would fight in November, but they didn’t give me an exact date. The fight could well have been scheduled for early November. That’s why I’ve been preparing since August. I wouldn’t say it’s been extremely intense. Right now, I’ve been helping my brother Viktor and doing long training sessions to build muscle mass.
The fight between Nemkov and Ferreira will take place on December 13 in France at the PFL Champions Series 4 event. Nemkov’s record stands at 18 wins and 2 losses, while Ferreira has 11 wins and 5 losses in his career.
