Russian UFC fighter Sergei Pavlovich set the record in modern UFC history for the most wins by knockout in the first round at UFC Fight Night 222 tournament.
At this past tournament, Pavlovich knocked out Curtis Blaydes in the first round. In December 2022, at UFC on ESPN 42, Sergei defeated Tai Tuivasa by TKO in the first round.
Pavlovich has also managed to knock out Derrick Lewis, Shamil Abdurakhimov, Maurice Greene and Marcelo Golm in the first round in the UFC.
