Sadulaev’s Ban From World Championships a Crime Against Kids Who Watch Him Perform: Malykhin

Two‑division ONE champion Anatoly Malykhin commented for Telecomasia.net Abdulrashid Sadulaev’s absence from the world wrestling championships because of Schengen visa problems.

Sadulaev’s exclusion from the world championships is a crime against freestyle wrestling as a whole. So many children around the world have been watching his performances. Keeping an athlete out of Europeans, worlds or the Olympics for any reason is a crime against the kids who look up to him and want to be like Sadulaev.

The world wrestling championships run in Zagreb from September 13 to 21. Sadulaev, a two‑time Olympic champion, also missed the European Championships in April for the same Schengen visa issues.
