Jorge Guimaraes, manager of Glover Teixeira, spoke about the condition of the Brazilian, who was taken to the hospital after his fight against American Jamahal Hill.
He has a slight nose injury besides the dissection, and he'll check it again when he gets home to Connecticut. Other than that, he feels great.
Teixeira had his title fight against Hill on Jan. 22 at UFC 283. Jamahal won that bout by unanimous decision and became the UFC light heavyweight champion. After that defeat, Glover announced the end of his career.
Teixeira entered the Octagon in June 2022 against Jiří Procházka of Czech Republic at UFC 275. That fight, which was stopped in the fifth round, ended in Glover's defeat by choke. He has 33 wins and nine losses under his belt. Hill has 12 wins and one loss.
