Former Bellator light heavyweight champion Vadim Nemkov told Telecomasia.net about Sergei Pavlovich’s victory over Waldo Cortes-Acosta at UFC Fight Night 257.

Sergei was cautious. Two consecutive losses made Pavlovich wary of his opponents. I think two wins in a row will give him confidence, and he’ll go back to the form we saw from him before. Cortes-Acosta is a very tough opponent who can take heavy shots, and he showed that in this fight. Next Sergei should win a contender fight, and only after that, possibly, a title shot.
On the main card of UFC Fight Night 257 in Shanghai on August 23, Sergei Pavlovich won a unanimous decision over Waldo Cortes-Acosta. Pavlovich’s updated record is 20 wins and 3 losses. The Dominican fighter’s record is now 14 wins and 2 losses.
