
Following UFC Fight Night 263 in Las Vegas, USA, the organization released its updated fighter rankings.
Steve Garcia, who defeated David Onama via first-round technical knockout, climbed four spots to take eighth place in the featherweight division. His opponent dropped from 13th to 14th.
In the women’s bantamweight division, Norma Dumont, who defeated Ketlen Vieira by split decision, moved up to third place, displacing her compatriot, and also made her debut in the overall UFC women’s pound-for-pound rankings at No. 15.
In the heavyweight division, Waldo Cortes-Acosta retained his No. 6 ranking after knocking out Ante Delija. The Croatian fighter, despite the loss, remained at No. 9.
Additionally, in the women’s strawweight division, Tatiana Suarez moved up one spot and now shares the No. 1 ranking with former divisional champion Weili Zhang of China.
