All South American players who won slots to the Berlin Major have been determined. Evil Genises and beastcoast both earned the slots. Both teams won their six matches in the second round of DPC 2023.
There will be a match between EG and beastcoast for the top 1 of the region on April 2 at 02:00 GMT+3. Thunder Awaken and Infinity have already retained their places in Division I, while Qhali has dropped to the second.
The DPC 2023: Season 2 Division I for South America runs March 12 through April 1 online. Eight teams compete for $205,000, 920 DPC points and two entries to the Major.
ESL One Berlin Major 2023 will be held in Berlin from April 26 to May 7. Eighteen teams from around the world will compete for $500,000 and 2,700 DPC points.
Previously, Team Spirit and HellRaisers from Eastern Europe advanced to the Berlin Major.
