Cybersports portal HLTV has decided to change the format of the award for the best players of the year. There will be a special event in 2022 in Sweden.
The show is scheduled for January 14, 2023 and will be hosted by Space Arena in Stockholm. HLTV will announce the best of the best in multiple categories, including best female player.
Many legends of the professional CS:GO scene will take part in the event. Thus, HLTV Award Show 2022 will be visited by Olof “olofmeister” Kajbjer, Patrik "f0rest" Lindberg, Christopher "GeT_RiGhT" Alesund and others.
The ceremony will start at 20:00 GMT+3. It will be available online on Twitch. The event will be hosted by commentators Chad SPUNJ Burchill, Mathieu "Maniac" Quiquerez and other talents.
Earlier, HLTV published an updated top 30 teams in the world. Natus Vincere left the top five and G2 took third place.
