The world number one in the ATP rankings, Italian tennis player Jannik Sinner, has officially practiced on clay courts in Monte Carlo alongside British player Jack Draper, as reported by We Are Tennis.
The 23-year-old Sinner is gearing up for his return in the 2025 season at his home Masters tournament in Rome, taking place from May 7-18.
From February 9 to May 4, the Italian is serving a WADA suspension due to a doping violation involving the steroid clostebol found in his system. According to Sinner, the substance entered his body through a cream used during a massage. Despite this ban, he is set to return to the ATP Tour as the top-ranked player in the world.
