
Italian tennis player Jannik Sinner, a three-time Grand Slam champion and former world number one, has been honored with the Golden Collar – the highest award from the Italian National Olympic Committee.
Sinner's coach, Simone Vagnozzi, has also received the Palma d'Oro for his outstanding accomplishments in coaching.
On May 4, Sinner returned to competition after a three-month suspension caused by a positive doping test for clostebol.
