Verstappen aces second practice in Mexico City Grand Prix

Red Bull driver Max Verstappen may be solidifying his claim for the title after coming on top in the second practice during the Mexico City Grand Prix. The driver completed the course at an electric, racing clear of Mercedes’ Valterri Bottas by 0.424 seconds while 0.509 seconds clear off his arch-rival and Mercedes representative Lewis Hamilton. Verstappen is 12 points ahead of Lewis in the title race and looks like a favourite to win the title.

Lewis Hamilton, Mercedes, F1
The car has been feeling OK. We have not had any major issues. We are giving it absolutely everything we've got and they are just quicker than us at the moment. I have no real concerns. Just chipping away at the set-up and trying to improve it. We are lacking downforce, which is probably why we have the half-second difference to us.
