WSL: Manchester United comes on top versus Birmingham City

In the Women’s Super League, Manchester United beat Birmingham City two-nil. Manchester got one-nil in the first half and then finished the deal with another goal in the second half. The first goal came at the twenty-seventh-minute mark; Hannah Blundell passed the ball to Leah Galton who nailed a goal using her left foot from the center of the box.

Hannah Blundell once again came into the picture in the second half when at the eighty-minute mark, she launched a pass to Ella Toone who converted a goal from close range. Manchester United dominated the possession with 71% control, had 2 shots on target on 15 attempts, both resulting in conversions. United is now at the fourth spot in the WSL table.
