Awful Awful Company! After being a loyal customer for more years than I care to mention, all of a sudden I found that 'restrictions were placed on my account'. Bet could not even be completed! Unbelievable! Cannot see what I have done wrong, no arbitrage, no duplicate amounts, no excessive gambling, no huge winnings (I wish!, just a punt or two on the horses a couple of times in the week! Wont answer their phones, chat is a bot, eventually got through to human chat, took ages, cut off mid - stream, and on logging back on found in my message box that the account has been restricted'for trading reasons' whatever that may mean! Absolutely FUMING! Do these holes ever ready these pages of rotten reviews? Sent a stiffly worded email of complaints and not going to get fobbed off, if necessary take it all the way to this Mr Coats or whatever he's called! May 05, 2023

Span over £1,400 on a game, finally got the bonus and it paid £170 roughly. I have made a formal complaint as surely that isn't right. I don't expect to win but £1,400 for less than 10% return is absolutely disgraceful. Since making a complaint to them, I've now had my account suspended which is hilarious. All I pointed out was that they've seen me significantly deposit a lot of money over a short period of time and they haven't put a deposit limit on my account or asked how I'm funding it. They have no regards for their customers. The money I lost was a win from another site so loosing isn't that deep but them making a killing with unfair gaming. The game was clearly rigged from the start for me to not win hence it taking £1300 in spins to get the bonus. May 04, 2023

What a complete joke. I was a loyal customer for many years and bet hundreds of pounds in a completely normal manner. All of a sudden I'm told betting restrictions were being placed on my account - and within hours the account was closed. No explanation was given. What a bizarre way to treat customers - my advice would now be the same as everyone else's... do yourself a massive favour and stay away from this totally inept betting site. Unbelievable, had a account with this company for years, then all of a sudden account restricted, used there chat, and was told the account was closed and couldn't be reopened, totally disgusting, never been treated like this before, and never been given a reason for closure. April 29, 2023

Bet365 signed me up with the offer of a free bet. But after the event and taking my money they closed the account due to a 'management review' without giving me the bet credits. No explanation as to why. That's dishonest at best. Avoid, avoid, avoid! April 29, 2023

Honestly, I thought the reviews would be much better than they are. Truth is Bet 365 hates customers who have betted with them for years. 5+ years on my account and this last 6 months they restrict me more than once because my account was logged in for a long period. Total shambles it's the best book out there for sure but all they do is push customers away. If you lose they un-restrict you. Not sure if this is legal or illegal. AVOIDApril 26, 2023
