This is crazy, in 2021 i was claiming my welcome bonuses, their server didn’t reward me that so their agents manually did, and then days later their system gave me the missing bonus in question, so now I have 2, I used them both, and then I got an email saying I opted for self exclusion program and the account is shut for 1 year, I thought I clicked something wrong until today, almost 2 years later they told me they made a business decision to ban me, this is the most ridiculous thingMay 07, 2023

I'm new to Bet365 but had no problems at all. Signed up and deposited and won 130 quid on a horse! Made my withdrawal which was in my bank a few seconds later which was amazing! Also went on to receive my free bets striaght after. My experience was a positive one to be fair. May 06, 2023

Span over £1,400 on a game, finally got the bonus and it paid £170 roughly. I have made a formal complaint as surely that isn't right. I don't expect to win but £1,400 for less than 10% return is absolutely disgraceful. Since making a complaint to them, I've now had my account suspended which is hilarious. All I pointed out was that they've seen me significantly deposit a lot of money over a short period of time and they haven't put a deposit limit on my account or asked how I'm funding it. They have no regards for their customers. The money I lost was a win from another site so loosing isn't that deep but them making a killing with unfair gaming. This is a fck’in s. hit company! As long i losed money on their site it was wonderfull! But everytime when i withdrawed more than 25 pounds they started to assault me with messages about my activities on their site, safer gambling and other s. hits! Then they puted some restrictions on my account! Finally i senr them few emails and i explained them that i don’t give. hit on their company and i don’t care about their messages because nobody can’t tell me what should i do with my money as long my money are a result of my work or my businesses and not anyone else!
