Span over £1,400 on a game, finally got the bonus and it paid £170 roughly. I have made a formal complaint as surely that isn't right. I don't expect to win but £1,400 for less than 10% return is absolutely disgraceful. Since making a complaint to them, I've now had my account suspended which is hilarious. All I pointed out was that they've seen me significantly deposit a lot of money over a short period of time and they haven't put a deposit limit on my account or asked how I'm funding it. They have no regards for their customers. The money I lost was a win from another site so loosing isn't that deep but them making a killing with unfair gaming. I joined BET365 yesterday after a friend said he had joined. I was a little reluctant as I do have a bit of a gambling habit.
