Do not download this app unless you want to be guaranteed to lose money, even if you win a bet. They make it almost impossible to cash out to get your winnings. Terrible app - running an actual scam. Stick to DraftKings at least they’re an honest company.

Slowest/Buggiest app I have come across so far. FanDuel/DraftKings blow MGM out of the water here...and the MGM promo new player promo isn’t even very good. They hide the withdrawal request deep within account settings to make cash out way more confusing that it should be. Take your money elsewhere.

The new app is amazing! Great layout and easy to use. Love the odds boost, cash out and navigation is cohesive. Also like the new inbox and offers all the best payment methods. Highly recommend whether you are a new bettor or veteran.

Glad I signed up with BetMGM. The app is super smooth with the new update. I find the features such as cash out and edit bet to be super cool. It is also great they’re affiliated with the Borgata Casino in NJ. Can’t wait to see what’s in store for the future with BetMGM

Do not download this app , the people who work here don’t know anything and apparently there is no supervisor after I’ve been told that a supervisor comes in at 6am, but anyways here’s why I say not to download this app, my teams where all winning in than when i decided to cash out the app went done making it unable to cash out or place new bets. I called and did live chat to try to have someone cash out for me and they all kept saying that they can’t cash me out even though the reason I can’t on my own is there problem because it’s their site that was the issue.On top of that I won’t be compensated for any money I loss due to these circumstances but I do have screenshots of my call time and chat time as well as how the app was unresponsive not only for me but a lot of other users. Going to aim for a big lawsuit if the problem doesn’t get fixed within the hours.

Tried the app after seeing a 100/1 offer on the NFL opening weekend and stayed after I was able to cash out my winning parlay even before the final game started!
