I won 60 thousand ruppes in betway. after withdrawal time completed. they are simply locked my account without any reason. i asked through customer care, why my account locked. they did not have any reasons. they did not provide money. i asked what about my funds they are saying our operation manager said to closed your account. My answer is No, it's a fraud. If you are losing money you are a valuable customer otherwise they will close your account or put the limit on your betting stake amount on a match. If you are withdrawing small amount like 1000 then you can play long but overall you can withdraw upto 50k after that they will block. If you playing loosing money, you are their good customer. if you won huge amount like 10 k, 50 k, one lakh. they simply locked your account. fraud betway. Fraud owner. And worker. too many dady owner. stolen my money.

Regret signing up to Betway. I deposited with them was playing a slot and they kicked me out blocked my account and requested documentation, so I sent them what they requested and I am still waiting 24 hrs later and still locked out of my account with funds in it. I contacted support and waiting over 30 mins for them to talk to me and still nothing resolved

They locked my account and won't unlock it unless I take a phone call with them. They continuously tell me they are calling me and they are not. I've had successful withdrawals before so this isn't the issue. They claim that I spent too much time on the website, even though I spent less than $1,000. It's my time, my money, my day off... So now I have money left in the account, and they haven't called me ONCE. When I message them and complained they said that they could work through it with email and I never got the email either. I did wait a couple of months to see if they would just deposit the money back in my account but I guess that's the money down the toilet. Worse than 888 and Leo Vegas combined.

Well, they took my money for a fight that didn't happen & there's no record of it every being placed, except for the £10 shaped hole in my online wallet so I'll just withdraw my wallet & use another service. Simple. I can imagine they made a fortune doing the same to others though...

They will do their best to ask everything this is their strategy if you win big and the will purposely messed up the other amount. all of us has the same problem to this fraud betway website. they have no plan to owe you money. after all! Since July mf they steal my $600.

I wish I had listened to the reviews but staff told me it was just sore losers. I initially one withdrawal so I began to trust it was ok. I had some losses, I accepted that I had lost. Betway then advised me that I was due a refund as I had used my mum's card and PayPal to make the deposits. They stated that this was their policy and to await my refund. They asked me for proof that the account was not mine. I sent statements several times, each time they had a different excuse everytime. I have now closed my account, I do not expect that they will honour the refund. Before this I enjoyed the site.

Please don’t use this Betway site. When u try to withdraw they will ask for verification of documents. I have send the documents more than 10 times. And mailed more than 25 emails but also they won’t verify and won’t allow for withdrawal. Customer support is worst amoung all don’t deposit into this site
