Twice in a month I've taken up an offer emailed to me, stake a certain amount and receive a free £5 bet and twice I've not received the free bet. Raised this on live chat first time round, been told it's escalated etc and a month later shock horror not heard a peep or received my free bet. Scum. Their free daily spins will not always give you the free prizes you win which lead players into accidently using their own money. They then ask for proof that you actually won the prizes and they keep no record of it so you actually have to record the whole thing in advance to have proof. Some of their "bonus" money have a ton of requirements within a short period or they can take it from you and will also take a percentage of your winnings during the period you had their "bonus" money because they say they have the right to do so in their terms and conditions.
