Would be zero stars, withdrawal request using faster visa ( which I’ve used multiple times with other companies) betway advertise as being 12 hours, withdrawal not processed and won’t be processed over the weekend and according to customer service chat ( easier getting into Fort Knox) will take days. Also made a deposit that left my bank but never arrived, I now have email my bank statement and prove it even though it’s on their system so will be waiting days for that as well. Overall I would not recommend to anyone.

Regret signing up to Betway. I deposited with them was playing a slot and they kicked me out blocked my account and requested documentation, so I sent them what they requested and I am still waiting 24 hrs later and still locked out of my account with funds in it. I contacted support and waiting over 30 mins for them to talk to me and still nothing resolved

I wish I had listened to the reviews but staff told me it was just sore losers. I initially one withdrawal so I began to trust it was ok. I had some losses, I accepted that I had lost. Betway then advised me that I was due a refund as I had used my mum's card and PayPal to make the deposits. They stated that this was their policy and to await my refund. They asked me for proof that the account was not mine. I sent statements several times, each time they had a different excuse everytime. I have now closed my account, I do not expect that they will honour the refund. Before this I enjoyed the site.

Please don’t use this Betway site. When u try to withdraw they will ask for verification of documents. I have send the documents more than 10 times. And mailed more than 25 emails but also they won’t verify and won’t allow for withdrawal. Customer support is worst amoung all don’t deposit into this site

This is an update of my previous review. I had been informed that my account would be reviewed by today, Sept. 5, 2022 and it has not been reviewed. My account is still locked even after my submitting all the documents requested from Betway. My contacting the live chat was useless, they have no idea what is going on. I am still owed my $200.00 deposit that I did not get to play because they conveniently locked my account after I made the deposit on August 21, 2022. I don't recommend this website at all. They, for one, don't keep their word, secondly, their customer service is useless. Overall, they are not a trustworthy outfit and I now regret spending my time and money on their online casino.

Take it from me as someone who had to keep mailing them and asking for updates on live chat regarding my withdrawals, even after I made renewed deposits to "update my withdrawal method" and provided all the documents they needed for the payouts to come through - IT'S NOT WORTH IT. There's still one more withdrawal that they said has been paid out 6 days ago and should be credited to my account in 2 to 3 days, but there's no sign of it yet. And I've pretty much given up on it. There's a bunch of Indians - notorious for their scamming practices - that work as customer support executives there. That should be the red flag. Don't deposit, just stay away.

Scum. Their free daily spins will not always give you the free prizes you win which lead players into accidently using their own money. They then ask for proof that you actually won the prizes and they keep no record of it so you actually have to record the whole thing in advance to have proof. Some of their "bonus" money have a ton of requirements within a short period or they can take it from you and will also take a percentage of your winnings during the period you had their "bonus" money because they say they have the right to do so in their terms and conditions.

I have all the evidence in the world for my case but they still choose to scam and not respond.

My account was indefinite self excluded with my confirmation or my request, what I said is just a question on Twitter asking if I indefinite self excluded, my balance will be paid or not as account still unverified and delay verification for more than 7 days, stated "just a question" and " I only ask I know the steps for indefinite self exclusion" and I also asked " if I close my account, my balance will be paid or not " so why then indefinite self excluded and not close account as I asked about two cases, never sent to me to confirm this exclusion, not even suspended my account till discuss gambling responsible with me, they excluded my account after a minute from my last deposit as if I want to make this what let me to deposit then, now I only asked them to consider account is closed not indefinite self exclusion as I want to open a new account and also to get my balance there
