Yes, Betway is a Fraud and Fake App for to grab others money. They temper with your Placed Bet, i have lots of screen shot of my Combo Bets, But when match is over than i have seen my placed Bet's have been change... not similar with my screen shot which I kept previously. Simply It's scam. Even i won a Combo bet but after few hours the Bets order have been moved out from my account, it's was a shocked incedeny for me. One more negative point is that within second we can deposit money in Betway Account but in withdraw time it needs more than 1 week. Last 8th of August i withdrawn a amount of 25K, but till today the amount didn't deposit my account. I tried lots of time to get them in live chat, but couldn't possible till today. There is absolutely no way to contact this company - chat is just BOT, phone numbers don't work and email address just auto replies to say the mailbox is not monitored. If you have a query or issue with bet not being settled correctly you are stuffed. I would not advise anyone to use this site.

*STAY AWAY*Opened an account with betway. Placed a couple of bets and while I was watching my bets a message came up saying my account is closed. I then tried to use the cash out to claw some money back and they turned that off so I couldn’t cash out and end result I lost the 2 bets. I got in contact with them explaining the situation and they said there’s nothing they could do. While I was writing another reply on live chat they cut me off. A member called Nicole was really rude! Going to take the matter further. Got screenshots etc… Stick to the bigger betting sites like bet365, coral, William hill etc…. Guys.

WH is slowly, but surely on the decline. Over the past few weeks, I have experienced the following: 1. Interruptions during live streaming of dog/horse racing - effectively missing the race(s) I’ve wagered on2. Winning bets voided because they were placed after scheduled off time 3. Opting into daily promotions only to find that the “free bets” weren’t always applied automatically - meaning I had to waste more time chasing this up through live chat4. Extremely poor customer service when contacting WH through live chat. The initial Will robot is a joke and the service agents leave a lot to be desired. Very little compassion/sympathy on display and it’s almost as if they could’ve give a hoot. All in all, an extremely sad state of affairs. WH are a million miles behind some of the leading lights in the industry. Needless to say, although a loyal and frequent customer, I don’t feel valued and will be leaving for pastures new. If WH don’t care, why should I? Their loss!
