Pointsbet is my favorite sportsbook app. It is very user friendly and they give you tons of bonus bet opportunities with no rollover requirements. In addition, I have received early payouts on a few occasions for bets placed before the outcome
I have wagered on has even been resolved. I highly recommend this app.

The website is okay, the live betting could be better, doesn’t give as many cash out options as other sites and live money line lines cut off too quick.

First let me start by saying PointsBet offers a wide variety and probably the deepest amount of wagers you can make. I have contacted customer service on multiple occasions and in every instance they are willing to help. I have cashed out and gotten my money promptly. The only drawback to pointsbet is they do not offer PayPal deposit. One more drawback with the App is sometimes live chat can get glitchy. But I have used other betting sites and this issues seems to be a common theme. That is why I gave it 4/5 stars... If you can get past the previous two issues PointsBet is definitely the way to go and my preferred place to place sports bets.

Had a pretty easy interface but I find it to be more glitchy then others sometimes .....they had a issue with the cash out option during a bets and I was left to hope my bet kept winning .....response was everybody is having the issue I was .....but no we will freeze the bet or issue the cash out option if I wanted ......plus is they have live chat and a lot of promos ....

For the third time since I’ve started using pointsbet as my book they confirmed a bet as a loss that was actually a win. I literally had to argue with customer support that josh Allen scored two total touchdowns against the cowboys on thanksgiving. They told me repeatedly their traders ruled josh Allen only had 1 TD. After arguing for 45 minutes they finally admitted their mistake...for the third time. They offered little thanks and no compensation. After I told them I would no longer use them as my sports book they said “well that’s your choice”. I will be returning to fanduel as my sportsbook. Their customer support is much better, they value their customers, and offer compensation when they make mistakes.

I love this site it allows you to bet in different ways and have a lot of promos that I honestly never seen in another sports betting sites and also allow you to cash out in middle of the bet and easy pay outs. it’s also very easy to contact customer service Through emails or live chats, andI definitely recommend them!

Straight forward with its bets. Also has the karma bad bet refund and rewards points. Not many things to complain about with this app
