Finessing Diamonds From The Dirt In the Brasileiro Serie A: Accumulator Tip For June 12

Everytime I write an accumulator tip, I always tell you all to either ready some coins to back up my wagers, or convince you towards picking other suggested options. Today, as most calendars either seem to be on break, or completely exhausted of games, we will attempt to excavate games from the Brazilian League, and predict expected outcomes, because we will not stop till we become a nightmare for the bookies.

RB Bragantino will play against Bahia simultaneously as Vitoria brawls against Cruzeiro. Fortaleza will play against Santos FC, new home for the prince of football, Neymar Jnr, who will miss the game - courtesy of a red card suspension.

RB Bragantino vs Bahia

Bragantino plays Bahia ahead of the twelve round of the Brasileiro Serie A. Previously, the two sides have battled through eight meetings to produce three wins for either side and two stalemates. The leverage looks equally between the sides so far, despite Bragantino taking all points in the last meeting.

Successfully scathing off with six points from the last two pitch battles against Juventude (1-0) and Vasco Da Gama (2-0), the Red Bulls look comfortable in the third seat, tied on the same points with second placed Cruzeiro. In eleven games, they have catalogued seven wins, two stalemates and two losses.

Bahia however have had things a little less fortunate, struggling through the last four games with two wins and two losses. The victory against Vitoria came with a red-card price, which influenced the 1-0 away defeat to Gremio. They have been terrible in their last two away games, losing consecutively on foreign soil, while granting their opponents clean sheets. 

In my opinion, I don't expect much to differ in the trend between these teams. Bahia has enough quality to prevent Bragantino from a rampage, but not enough to confidently inspire a prediction of victory. The best option here is for under three goals at full time.

Vitoria vs Cruzeiro

Vitoria and Cruzeiro will also attempt to bite dust in fresh hopes of underhanding each other after the last ten meetings between the sides produced four wins for Cruzeiro, five stalemates and one win for Vitoria.

For the hosts, last week against the Corinthians produced an uneventful goalless tie between the sides, with Vitoria only picking one win in six games. Currently, they languish in the sixteenth league spot, having performed below par with two wins in eleven matches.

Cruzeiro however are currently the second-best league in the season, staying tight with one point below the league leaders Flamengo SC. With seven victories in the last eleven contests, I don't think they will fall behind against the hosts, who just can't seem to get ahead. 

All the chips are aligned in favour of the visitors whose only opposition seems to be the opposing chants from the Estadio Manoel Barradas.

I will pick a very comfortable victory for Cruzeiro.

Fortaleza vs Santos FC

At the Castelao stadium, Fortaleza will play for points against Santos FC as the two bottom placed teams struggle for plints necessary for table climbing. The rigours of the league dawns on both sides who have lost more points than they have gained.

For the hosts, they have been unable to wriggle out of defeat in their last three games, from which they have conceded ten unreplied goals despite a decent prior exhibition. At home, it has been a rough ride for the side who have struggled through the Copa Betano do Brasil (lost 4-1 on penalties after 1-1 fulltime against Retro) despite staying solid in the CONMEBOL (4-0 vs ColoColo; 0-0 vs Bucaramanga)

The visitors have had quite the experience, losing 1-0 to Botafogo last week in a dire game that saw them concede a red card, courtesy of Neymar Jnr, whose second half handball offense sent him off after a previous yellow card in the first half. 

For such games that record numerous fouls, the best bet will be on at most two goals in this game.
