However, the Pittsburgh Pirates have been unable to win any of their last two series, as they also lost to the Arizona Diamondbacks in a prior four-game series. However, their record this season now reads 56-57 and they are seated 3rd in the National League Central Division. 

San Diego Padres

The San Diego Padres will look to complete a sweeping win in this series after a strong start. In the opener, this team secured a 0-6 win and then won by one run in game 2 in an 8-9 win. However, their prior series to this have also ended in wins, defeating the Colorado Rockies, Los Angeles Dodgers, Baltimore Orioles, Washington Nationals, and Cleveland Guardians. San Diego Padres have a 63-52 record into this finale and are seated 3rd in the National League West Division.

The Pittsburgh Pirates should win this one. In game 2, they actually came close but were unlucky. While the San Diego Padres will prove stubborn in this one, I still do not see them sweeping this series on the road. This could be a low-scoring one, but the Pirates should be able to score four runs to win.
