Atlanta vs Denver Prediction: the Nuggets are Unstoppable on the Road

The Nuggets have a three-game winning streak against the Hawks. Will the team from Colorado extend it?  

Atlanta

In the previous game, the Hawks confidently dealt with Orlando 125:108 on the road. The team's leaders had an outstanding performance - Trey Young earned 30 points, Dejounte Murray - 27 points, and Clint Capela had 20 points and 12 rebounds. Atlanta finished a three-game losing streak and currently sits sixth in the Eastern Conference (12-10). 

Denver

The Nuggets have won four times over Atlanta. Though among the serious opponents during this stretch, Denver had only Los Angeles Clippers. Denver defeated Houston twice and handled Oklahoma. Michael Malone's team has an excellent 14-7 occupying second place in the West behind Phoenix Suns.

Despite sitting high in their standings, Atlanta and Denver have had trouble playing defense at the start of the regular season. The Hawks and Nuggets are not even in the top 10 of this season's defensive rankings. Accordingly, given the excellent offensive roster of both teams, the upcoming meeting is likely to be productive. The statistics of their head-to-head encounter also evidence that - the last three games in Atlanta were the over ones.
