ENCE vs MOUZ Prediction, Betting Tips & Odds│16 SEPTEMBER, 2022

ESL Pro League Season 16 is a historically significant event for the world community, and we can't overestimate its importance. The champion title is more important than a prize pool (by the standards of CS:GO) of 823,000$. The tournament is unique in its system, namely in its duration. During the month, the participating teams will defend the banners of their organization. The tournament involves 24 teams, divided into four groups of 6 teams. The first-place team in their group will receive a slot in the quarterfinals. Second and third-place teams will go to the first round of the playoffs, and the rest will go home.

Group stage matches will be played in a round-robin system (everyone plays everyone for points in the group), and group stage matches will be played in a BHO3 format. Playoffs will be a single elimination system (to one defeat) in a BO3 format, grand final BO5.

For both teams, a loss today could have a direct impact on their playoff chances. The match will be crucial for both teams. We'll soon find out who is stronger.

Until recently, ENCE performed well, was confident in their form, and showed good CS. With the arrival of such a strong player as Maden, the team's game became more confident and stable. Steadily, taking match after match, they were moving up in the world rankings. Playing a tier1 event, they always reach the playoffs and the finals, but often in the deep stage of the tournament, their opponent turns out to be too strong and does not give up the trophy. But, by the end of the last playing season, the team gave up too much and stopped showing confident play, which led to a change in the roster. In theory, the arrival of Valde and SunPayus looks like a good decision.

The ENCE team started this tournament very well. In the first match, no one of their five did not fall out statistically, and the newcomers to the team showed that they were not here by chance, as a result - the victory. But in the second confrontation, ENCE could no longer offer such a confident game. They made a lot of mistakes, both individually and tactically. But most of all, they were conspicuous by their poor shooting. Today against MOUZ, the guys can't afford to make such mistakes. MOUZ is an utterly manageable opponent in a match against which it is necessary to score points.

The last change in the lineup was the arrival of Valdemar valde Bjørn Vangså and Alvaro SunPayus Garcia as a sniper.

The best rating according to hltv was the 2nd in the world. Currently in 16th place.

The best map is dust2, with a 60% win rate in 5 maps played.

MOUZ team last year changed the lineup very often, almost after each tournament. The coach, the shooter, and the supporting players have changed. NBK-, who came back from Valorant to play for MOUZ after a month, was replaced by a player from the academy (MOUZ NXT). Now it was the turn of Bymas, who was also replaced by an academy player. The MOUZ academy roster is actually very good and has been ranked above the main roster for a while, so integrating players into the core seems like a logical decision. Well, we can safely talk about a fully operational and well-organized academy, but not the stability of the main roster.

The MOUZ team started this tournament with a victory. Against the Danes from Heroic, who are much more experienced, they had to show a perfect play, and they did it. Also, a significant factor in our victory was our opponent's card selection errors. The second opponent for the Mice was another Danish squad, Astralis, whom MOUZ did not manage to cope with. They perform every match competently: they always have a plan for the game, have good interaction with the team players, and act quite confidently. However, they lack experience in playing at the top level and even on LAN. Their opponent in the next match is enormously superior to them in this respect. Will this factor be decisive in their encounter? Absolutely, yes.

The last change in the lineup was the arrival of Dorian xertioN Berman.

Best hltv rating - 5th in the world. Now it's #10.

The best map is Mirage, with a 90% win rate in 10 maps played.
