Corinthians vs Coritiba Prediction: Will the hosts retain third place?

One of the leaders in the Brazilian league, Corinthians, will face Coritiba in round 18 of the Brazilian championship. The Timao are the big favorites, but both teams have staffing problems that could affect the result of the game.

Corinthians is currently third, four points behind leading Palmeiras. Timao has the best home statistics in the division, +5=3-0, 10:2 goal difference. Coritiba

Coritiba is noticeably lacking stability, with the visitors having scored just four points in their last five games, beating Fortaleza and drawing with Juventude, but losing to Atletico Paranaense, Flamengo and Inter. The visitors are 16th in the standings, above the relegation zone, but they are just one point behind America. Their away statistics are the worst in the division, with no wins, two draws and six defeats on a 7:18 goal difference.
