Celtic vs Hearts Prediction: Celtic remain unstoppable

Celtic will play Hearts in round 5 of the Scottish Premiership at Celtic Park. The home team is the favorite here. Can the visiting Hearts return to winning ways?

Celtic remained solid like every other encounter against Rangers last time they were out in the league. In an encounter that ended 3-0, Celtic scored twice before the break, with Daizen Maeda and Kyogo Furuhashi on target. However, in the 75th minute, Callum McGregor's strike was the only highlight in the second half, as Celtic made it nine consecutive competitive wins. Heading into this game, the home team stays top of the standings with 12 points and 12 goals. 

Hearts

Hearts' struggles continued last time out against Dundee United in a 0-1 encounter. In that encounter, Ross Graham's 76th-minute strike was the difference of the day, as it gave their opponent maximum points. However, that defeat was Hearts' sixth in consecutive matches. In other encounters, this team lost to Dundee FC, Viktoria Plzen twice, Falkirk, and Motherwell. In the Scottish Premiership this season, Hearts have just one point accumulated coming from their opener against Rangers while seated 11th in the standings. 

Celtic remain an untouchable side this season, and once again, they showed their brilliance against old firm rivals, Rangers, before the break. While Hearts' performances this season have been below par, the road team does not look like a threat or a side that can stop Celtic from winning. Hence, with poor defensive play, I do not see Hearts stopping Celtic from scoring many goals and winning by a large margin.
