Utah
Utah is a newcomer to the NHL. The club was formed based on Arizona, and the main goal for the first season was not to fail. Judging by the team's pre-season results, they have every chance of doing just that. Utah won their first two games - 5:3 over St Louis and 3:2 in overtime against Los Angeles. They then went on to lose 5:2 to Vegas but bounced back to win again the day before. This time, they beat Colorado 6:3.

San Jose hasn't shown much in their pre-season games. However, NHL newcomers Utah have been a delight to watch, with three wins in four games, all against different opponents. Clearly, their ambitions are high, and they're even stronger than the home team at the moment. We think the visitors will at least be able to hold their own against the Sharks after halftime.
