They opened my account with a self exclusion in place. Allowed me to deposit 1700 euros. I spoke with a guy named Michael on their online chat. He stated and I have the screen shot that allowing the new account was an error and a mistake. But they have yet to send me any email communication with regards to this. In order to Complain to their regulatory body I need a final letter outlining their reason based on their mistake and error made why they have not returned my deposits. There's a complaints procedure for any business and again a company that think they're above any law that you are not worthy replying to. I need that final letter outlining their reason for not returning my deposits before I can take this to their regulatory body. Wreckless people.

Requested a withdrawal from betway about 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't gone into my bank, tried everything to get in touch with someone to sort it out and I've got nowhere, absolute disgrace, quick enough to take the money but then they don't want to pay what you win.

I have deposited multiple times with no problem then I have tried to withdraw and it’s has now been at the processing stage for 3 days and they are requesting furth ID which I have provided 3 days ago and they have not even acknowledged this I have tried 3 times now with no reply. I have contact live chat 3 times and every time the advisor has said nothing they can do and have not been interested. I have never came across a company so bad and will had to take things further now.

Deposited 30$ oct 31 2022. And until now still waiting to reflect to my account. Talk to them already and they only said the will look on to this but until now nothing happen. I tried to withdraw money to the same card I deposit with, keep getting emails saying I have to change my withdrawal method as they couldn't use the account supplied. Total rubbish. I closed my account and lost money because of it. Going to report this to gambling commission.
