I’ve played sports betting over 2 years put in probably $3000 + dollars never won. on Nov 7 I won 2 grand and the problems started. excuse after excuse telling me they have tried to pay me but there’s a deposit error. So they tell me change. My withdrawl information still not working and still not paid. When I told them I’m getting very frustrated with the site my account is now blocked and I can’t access. Now they ask for proof who I am and deposit information sent email to them if I want to get paid. no phone calls nothing I’m ******* out of $2000 I won

for a start, they never gave me my welcome bonus & when asked about it they said it's because of how I deposited, back to the more reliable labrokes.

It's been twice that i recently deposited R100 voucher but never used it coz it's disappeared n never reflected on my betway account. I've been scammed twice by Betway, and the live chat keeps you waiting for ever!

I have made a withdrawal and sent back confirmation letter as well. there is no response from betway team over email or chat. I have tried sending email multiple times but no response. Betway customer service is very poor and I am disappointed.

I left a review previously about an issue how their website was down and there was no way of contacting customer service. They replied asking my for username to contact me and find out more but they did not contact me at all. My account is now closed, it seems they reply to this on all chains and I would guess it's purely damage control and they don't actually want to help customers. Stay away at all costs.

Please do not ease your time with betway they make everything to be as difficult as possible. For example, I just did a withdrawal and I haven’t got the etranfer yet they first told me to wait so I did now 8 hours later and they say I have to send an id witch could take up to 1-2 days. DO NOT USE they play games with peoples money and this is a joke of a company I can’t believe that they are actually deal with peoples money and the fact that they are licensed they have always been doing shady things to people. They are fraud. They will take the deposit and then say they have not receive the amount and will Disconect the chat. Be careful.

Haven't been joined very long. Big Problems! I withdrew 80 pounds still not in my account and had a bet on basketball and its still not settled 12 hours after the match finished(It is settled now) on Betway this is not very good at all. Edited... I have just added a star as the bet is settled now... however no cash has arrived in my bank and prior to this the money was put into my account within a few hours! If it wasn't for the hold up with my payout I would probably give Betway 4 stars as they are good at a lot of other things.

I deposited $50 to my betway account using Payper Inc etransfer. The funds left my bank account and were never credited to my Betway account. No way to contact Betway about this. That was Friday and we are now Monday and no money. Poor business practice and dishonest. Stay away from this casino. I have read other customers reporting the same issue.

I made a deposit on betway using astropay few weeks ago. The ammount was NEVER credited on my betway account. I sent them all screenshoots showing my deposit but there was no any responce from betway!
