The T20 World Champions, Team India, will be looking to make an impression in this match. With the inclusion of new faces in the squad, there are some fresh legs to build the right momentum with. Saying that Suryakumar Yadav's team is under pressure in this game would be a wrong statement quite less than the description. The injured bowler, Shami Mohammed, has made his return. Although their lone loss in 23 T20 games in 2019 saw the team go into the unprecedented Test Series defeat against New Zealand. The opening pair of Sanju Samson and Abhishek Sharma will set the tone for the Indian side, and batter Suryakumar Yadav's job will be crucial for partnerships with Hardik Pandya in the middle order. The batting order is deep, with quick runs coming from Rinku Singh, Ramandeep Singh, and Axar Patel. Early breakthroughs for all-rounders Hardik Pandya and Arshdeep Singh will be needed, while Axar Patel and Varun Chakravarthy will aim to strangle the middle overs with their spin. Being their first action in the competition after a nice tour to South Africa and Australia.

Team England has only won five times in the home of India and once on a neutral venue. Their impressive record in the IPL is backed up by their experienced players. Attention now is on whether Captain Jacob Bethell can take his team further in the win and the series on Wednesday. On the other hand, Jofra Archer has been the most economical player for England in the series and is quite likely to look for an opportunity here as one of his home games is in Barbados. Additionally, Phil Salt, Jacob Bethell, Sam Curran, and Liam Livingstone all enter the following match in good nick, having scored between 52 and 124 runs in the last ODI.

India boasts of a very strong batting line-up; however, the bowling line-up of the country is full of young and inexperienced players. With also stars like Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli retiring from this format, they are supported as the slight favorite in this matchup. There are a lot of adaptations for Team India to do. Team England, they have enough away experience to be addressed as a strong opponent. The rhythm is another concern that isn't in support of this team. They last had a match about a month ago. Team India is yet to lose any match since their victory in Barbados; I believe they will keep up such momentum.
