Oman's journey to the semi-finals was marked by an impressive display in the group stage, winning all three of their matches. Their campaign began with a 32-run victory over Malaysia in the tournament's opener, followed by a 22-run win against Singapore. In their most recent match, Oman clinched the top spot in a closely contested game against Nepal, securing a narrow five-run win. Despite setting a below-par target of 145 runs while batting first, Oman's bowling unit delivered a remarkable performance, successfully dismissing Nepal for 140 runs, with Bilal Khan taking three crucial wickets.

Bahrain narrowly clinched a spot in the semi-finals with just one victory out of three matches in the tournament. Their campaign began with a five-wicket defeat to the UAE, who successfully chased down the target of 136 runs with 10 balls to spare. However, Bahrain made a strong comeback in the second match, defeating Hong Kong by a margin of 20 runs.

In their final group-stage encounter, Bahrain faced Kuwait and posted a respectable total of 158/9. Despite their efforts, Kuwait's aggressive batting lineup managed to chase down the target with four wickets and 21 balls to spare. Despite the loss in the last group match, Bahrain's net run rate (NRR), although negative, proved to be superior to that of Hong Kong and Kuwait, securing their place in the semi-finals.

Oman is in exceptional form, having won all three of their group matches and clinched the top spot. Their recent narrow victory against favorites Nepal would have boosted their confidence. Furthermore, Oman enjoys the advantage of playing their group matches on the same ground. In contrast, their lower-ranked opponents have barely made it to the semifinals. With these factors in mind, we anticipate Oman to secure a victory and advance to the finals.
