Victoria has been flawless in the ground against the Tigers in the past years. Of the 5 games teams have competed in, Victoria has not been defeated even once. The team won the last match by 5 wickets, Elyse Villani claiming the title of player of the match. The team elected to field first and then had to chase the target of 256 runs, which they did incredibly. Elyse remained not out and scored 133 runs, releasing almost half of the pressure for the team. Ellyse Perry scored 69 runs before leaving the field, which was definitely commendable. Bowlers also did quite well in the first innings to limit the target. Molly Strano earned 4 wickets, including an important one of Sasha Moloney. Kim Garth helped eliminate 2 batters, one of which was Heather Graham. With straight victories in hand, it shows that Victoria has been outstanding so far, and they’ll indeed aim to continue the same performance.

The Tigers haven’t won any games over Victoria. In the last match, they successfully put forward an excellent target for Victoria to cover but could not stop them from doing so. Sasha Moloney and Heather Graham scored a total of 128 runs, while Naomi Stalenberg remained on the field, making 63 runs. The bowlers tried their best but couldn’t score quite many wickets. However, Samatha Bates performed really well, letting Ellyse Perry and 2 others out of the field. To date, the efforts of the Tigers haven’t worked well, and the coming game is a chance for them to show off their capabilities.

Since Tasmanian Tigers have not scored a win yet, they’ll be looking forward to changing that and will undoubtedly have a better game plan. However, Victoria will be pretty confident about winning the coming game, making things challenging for the Tigers.
