Shai Hope would be delighted that the side performed so well in the last game that they can praise the clinical performance from both batsmen and bowlers to finish the game hassle-free. Now, however, it is a bit of a challenge since they are looking to become consistent since there have been some challenges lately. This is going to be a tough game, and everybody needs to give his best against England. Evin Lewis is now on good form and would probably see out a decent opening start along with Brandon King. Shai Hope needs to provide a platform while balancing the middle order that gives an edge by teaming up with Keacy Carty and Shimron Hetmyer, keeping wickets in hand with such a big attack, of England's. Further down, batting strength could also come from Sherfane Rutherford, Roston Chase, and Gudakesh Motie. Jayden Seals and Matthew Forde had good bowlings with the new cricket ball in the last match and that kind of plays will be very helpful to the team. Gudakesh Motie who is full of confidence through his 4-wkts, is likely to repeat his success in mid-overs along with Alzarri Joseph. Supporting the main players, in this match, Roston Chase and Sherfane Rutherford are likely to turn up.

Liam Livingstone is looking for a return to their very good show in the game after the one they played with such mediocrity and were quite poor at getting on top of the opponents' bowlers. He will be depending on a rock-solid batting lineup in the team. He'd be playing to their strength and attacking the bowlers very well. Salt, with Will Jacks would start strongly by coming to the crease as the dynamic duo playing aggressively with strokes. Jacob Bethell, Jordan Cox, and Liam Livingstone would comprise some key middle order matches. The side would look forward to the bat deep into proceedings to bring up some instant runs by Sam Curran, Jamie Overton and Dan Mousley. On the bowling side of things, it's certainly one that needs an uplifting show. The initial stages of Jofra Archer and John Turner would require a couple of breakthroughs while the middle overs will rely entirely on Adil Rashid and Sam Curran as well as Liam Livingstone and Dan Mousley as fringe contributors.

The West Indies cricket team has been inconsistent lately as they win and then lose at will. This trend reflects in the minds of those associated with the team. West Indies's top and middle order batsmen have to perform like they did in the last game. England has a solid batting order and well-balanced bowling unit that is apt for the weather conditions. Although the match is anticipated to be very competitive, England is marginally more likely to emerge as winners and win the match.
