Before it came to Canada it was a awesome site to use. Now it's terrible. My biggest complaint was I bet a 4 team parlay and and they name the pitchers so my wager the pitcher listed got sick and didn't pitch. They lost of course because I went from a strong pitcher to a bull pen day. I won the other three games so I thought I still one because the game I lost before if the pitcher who was scheduled to pitch doesn't start then that game is voided. Not now with this greedy Canadian organization running it. So now you are betting blind in baseball. Don't matter who they show starting the game anyone can pitch. How can you bet like that. We look at who's pitching to make our picks. All done with this stealing site. So much for fair gaming.

Bet365 DO NOT SIGN UP! There customer service is non existent! There live chat is none existent, they do nothing to help. My bets are constantly being settled wrong which is preventing me from cashing out at the true value. You can only speak to a robot. Or leave a text message where you can wait days for a response that’s if u get one hahah.. it’s the worst site with the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I have all the major betting sites and nobody make as many mistakes as bet365. Paddy power, Ladbrokes coral William hill all better. In fact your obscure independents are even way better than bet365. Bet 365 My e transfer got lost and it was up to me to track it down. I still haven got the money back. The customer service is brutal i waited 6hrs to get a text message basically telling me i am on my own. Dont bet with these guys!

Bet365 have become to think they can control people however they like. They have recently begun to dictate to you like your a School Child, and they are The Headmaster. Personally If this continues, I’ll be visiting them at there building to sort it out person to person. Their Live Chat has become an absolute joke as it’s now a virtual bot, Which cannot understand English. Do NOT! Ever! Set a deposit limit with these jokers.. because they won’t allow you to increase it without their list of personal questioning and then set restrictions on your account. I had no limits set for over a year, the second I set a limit of £50 it was determined I had a gambling problem, then they took away all free bets, and bonuses, before I set a limit, I got these probably every week. Recently, the cash out option takes over half an hour to reach your account, and settlements taking even longer, or is this yet another restriction set on my account?

Been with them for a while but can't be bothered anymore and they have lost my custom. I got to the stage where I was actually scared to try and log on in case anything else had happened and gone wrong. Used to have a float I kept instead of keep deposting money, as sometimes I could not even log on and had to wait on a timer, so that went by the wayside as well.

Bet365 have the rotten habit of crashing at times when football results are not going their way. I know this because it has happened to me and my friends on numerous occasions. Every time it’s happened has been when bets are going well and there should be an option called “cash out” which should allow you to take the money that’s on offer to cash in early. Everyone uses it and with football being what it is it is 99 times out of 100 the only chance that the average punter has to get anything back at all. As I said the site always seems to crash at times when the teams winning are the choices most people would take. It happened again to me tonight, I’ve been using bet365 for around 2 years it’s the fifth time it happened and only ever happens when I’m on to a winner, never when me and obviously everyone else is getting beat. I’ve used skybet and paddy power sites in the past and I’ll definitely be going back to the A’s this problem never occurs. The only reason I use bet365 is because the usually offer slightly better odds which is no good when this keeps happening. It in my opinion is deliberate and a con. This caper should be stopped, illegal and the company heavily fined ever time it happens. Avoid these cowboys like the plague because you won’t win ( even when you do ). Like me tonight I should have been collecting money (a very rear occasion) and the way results went so should thousands of others, in my opinion. USE SKYBET OR PADDYPOWER IN THE YEARS THAT IVE USED THEM IT HAS NEVER HAPPENED OR HAVE I EVER HEARD OF IT HAPPEN ON THEIR SITES... DISGRACE!

Bet on city v real for 3-2. Its gets to 3-2 go on the site to cash out and says the website is busy and I'm in a 3 minute queue. Waited 15 minutes with same message and now City score. Go to make a complaint and it says website is unavailable and will be back later. Will be emptying my wallet and deleting app and going with a bigger company who can cope with alot of punters on their website at the same time.

Con artists take your money in whatever way they can I put 20p on a spin on age of gods took the the £5 out my account, put a bet on the football didn’t pay out a few days later corrected itself I put horses on E/W they didn’t pay out even tho they tell you the race result. The sites a shambles it’s deleted now and I won’t be getting it back
