Go to Skybet, Paddy Power, William Hill and Betfair who are putting them to shame by paying 5 places. I've noticed Bet365 are getting a little stingy on other races these days too. They used to pay EW 1/4 odds on 16+ runners even when they were paying extra places but no more. Obviously profits are not great and Denise had to take a pay cut to £300m this year. I bet she's had to turn the dial down on her thermostat!

Bets can take ages to settle, from time to time you will find a bet that doesn't settle until you keep chasing them. I haven't seen any broker that doesn't settle bet up until two days later except this one. Totally unrecommended.

Seems like you can't be an average gambler on this site and that shows by the way they deal with new customers. I have winnings in the account that I can't draw out due to restrictions and can't top it off to withdraw. Which under gambling commission is against there rules as they accepted the wager in the first place. I ll let gambling commission sort this one out for me.

Bet365 is fine. Sometimes you get good promos like free bets and whatnot. But they are absolutely garbage to try and navigate. Loading funds is a hassle. Trying to contact them is utterly futile, and they are completely unhelpful. Recently they opened a Canadian app and Canadians had to be migrated there. We'll they said all funds would be transferred. Well my account had $0 transferred. And when I spoke to someone, they said I would have been informed by email. I was not. So that was some slimy move on their part. I then was forced to withdraw my funds, and had to reload my account, all of which is a hassle. Anyways, I just like to use it for entertainment and they make the simplest tasks utterly agonizing. Thanks for nothing bet365!

Bet365 has robust measures in place to prevent profiting from Gambling Harm and discourage gambling harm. Safer Gambling measures in place are good. Customer Service is helpful.

Bet365 is the only betting company that blocks your access with a firewall rule! "Error 1020 Access denied! " is an error you get visiting a site protected by Cloudflare. According to Bet365, you have violated their Firewall Rule(s). So, even though you can access any other site that also uses Cloudflare with no problems, only Bet365 has issues with you. Cloudflare error 1020 can only be fixed by the site owner because it is Bet365's firewall rules that have been apparently dishonoured! Bet365 is a diabolical betting company. Never sign up for Bet365 because one day you might get the same error unexpectantly. That can never be fixed and you have to wait 8 weeks before you can raise a complaint to the Gambling Commission. So, if you unfortunately still have money in your Bet365 account it will be a nightmare getting it back! Especially as Bet365 ignores all your emails and refuses to reply to you. Fortunately for me, I did not have any money in my Bet365 account. I never had any money in my Bet365 account because Bet365 never had any offers to entice me to waste money on their site!
