Bet365 is genuinely the worst company I have ever come across. The Bet365 systems are always having Technical problems and as for Cash out, what Cash out? This facility magically disappears or breaks at the most inappropriate times. Another well know FAIR betting site states, ‘Don’t get frozen out of cash out’ and there are no cash-out suspensions here. I wonder what they mean? The amount of ‘other technical issues’ I’ve had with this company over the years is incredible. The Technical team need sacking as they never able to fix anything and the Bet365 systems must have been programmed by a school leaver as they’re always breaking. Or do the systems genuinely, ‘unfortunately’ break at that key moment without any manual intervention. There are no customer phone numbers anymore. What’s that about? Everything is online chat based. If you have an issue you have to get past a chat-bot first, then you get placed into a queue along with 43 other people. The aggravation really starts when you do actually get to speak to a Bet365 numpty as they don’t read what you’ve written, nor do they actually care about your issue as they’re too busy embracing the WFHtossing it off ‘due to Covid’ nonsense. All in all, Bet365 don’t give a **** about customer service. They only care about you depositing your money which funds their grubby little business.

Been generous looser for long. Now Just won over a thousand and wanted to withdraw and make next bets, but at once got LL01 ref. Number to contact them and no access to account and funds, now it's half of week in this mess. got to point they ask of verifications and even openly state in communication that it will take them as much time as they want. Closed my account for absolutely no reason. Have been a loyal customer for years, betting most weeks on the football, not high Stakes or anything, bets ranging from £1-£5 at most. Go to sign in and couldn’t, informed by customer service that my account has been closed and I won’t be given an explanation. Weirdos. I confirmed my ID and address years ago. I’m a 30 year old woman, not some master crook and I wouldn’t mind but not like I’ve ever won anything big on their app. Absolute freaks. Avoid at all costs as they close your account for no reason.

Clowns. An absolute dolt of a Customer Service rep questioned the level of my bets, and I said he didnt actually give a toss about customers losing money, its just because it was "LAW" that the pretence happens. I asked him to cut out the fake concern, and if he was indeed REALLY concerned (which they arent, fact), why didnt he give people their money back? And that people lose relationships and houses due to gambling. These FACTS and the TRUTH about not actually caring about people losses (that its ONLY an issue by LAW - so its FAKE concern). The dolt didnt seem to take my factual words well and blocked my account! Why? Because he didnt like being handed his buttocks on a plate with facts. He didnt care, gaming sites DONT. They are obligated by LAW to pretend they do! If you bring this up, the dont like it. So I was stopped from playing on Bet365 for speaking the truth.
