Can't verify, can't contact anyone in live chat, this is literally the worst betting app I've tried to join, how are they such a big business when it's this hard to join

Changed bank accounts and 3 years later they want to pay my winnings into my old account they just dont listen to you and make up excuse after excuse would leave a minus rating if i could

Bet365 shows you decent amount of the bet placed and when you place a bet on higher odds they just make adjustments stating that the odds were on the incorrect due to technical issues and then they will make the adjustment and make your wallet balance in minus. In the name of adjustment they will never let you win higher bets and always make the amount Win as lower as they can.

Been a customer for so long now at bet365, I deposit weekly and every Friday they give loyalty based on how much you play, bet etc. Few weeks ago was depositing like usual can't o Friday bam 25 free spins in my account, this happened for 2 weeks. I have stopped depositing or playing and no I only get 10 free spins for last 2 weeks on a Friday. I don't get any free bets or cash bonuses. This is all I get for what I play and deposit it's not worth it and not worth my money and time. Tried to ask customer service they tell you same thing over and over again, don't get no where. I'd stay away from this site.

Blocked my account for no reason! Deposit between £5-£15 a month. Rarely win anything! Last win was in January and that was only £120! Now I can't deposit anything and when I asked why it was due to 'management review' and it was permanent and they could not go into it any further. After 5-6 years being with them up until Euros they were okay and now an absolute shambles!

Bet365 are a very good betting company even though my account is suspended at the moment they are the only UK firm you can bet exotic bets on Australian horse racing you can bet on tricasts and even pick 4s! Which pay out thousands to 1if you pick correct 4numbers to my knowledge no other UK online bookmaker offers these type of bets payout is instantaneous wether its a pound or thousands. I'm not into slots or casino games but from what I hear they are the same as everyone else. Gaming slots etc. is very high risk and more people lose than win I suspect that's why the negative reviews are so high bad losers people like that should not be spending money on these sites as they are for enjoyment purposes. What you should do is say to yourself how much can I spend on here before I stop and when you get there you need to stop! Then you will have enjoyed your time if you win, fab if not too bad wait till you can afford to play again its that easy hope someone takes the advice. p. sBetfair are not fair

Bet365 closed my account without any reason at all. I used it to place small bets £1/£2 at the weekends, the odd £5 so nothing major. I'd recently won £50 using a £5 free bet, next thing I got an email to say my account was being closed and I couldn't open another 1. Emailed to find out what was going on, just to be told they couldn't give a reason, only that the accounts are reviewed constantly and they can choose who they want as a customer. Loved using the app aswell, terrible customer service, definitely wouldn't recommend

Been with bet365 from past 15 years… always never felt been cheated.. the only issue was deposit and withdrawals from india but that issue is now solved thanks to astropay andb bet365 for accepting indian payments.. and the withdrawals now r faster and direct transfers to accounts… i would advice just be patient while playing casino.. trust me it will pay… just cash out with a limit dont except huge wins.. keep a target and leave once u hit

Closed my account after just one bet. no idea why. What a strange company. Cant get my remaining credit back without sending a bank statement. Keep the money i'm washing my hands of this scam company.
