Created an account, verified my ID and topped up my account by 20e. Few minutes later my account was blocked for no reason. Tried to contact customer’s service for numerous of time to get my refund but no joy. AVOID this place.

Contacted customer services when I could not log into my account. Apparently there was a "management review" of my account and the decision was made to close it. They offer no reason a say no dispute will reopen it (not really much point in having a complaints department). I do however feel quite privileged that the management allegedly spent precious time reviewing my account. I can only suspect they realised that after supplying me with £100 in free bets, I withdrew my deposited £100 and continued to gamble, win and withdraw modest amounts using their FREE money: ) Pathetic customer service, do not use this site!

Bet365 entered the Dutch market and after 30 attempts they cannot verify me because I am an expat living in the Netherlands since 2013. All of my identity documents are from a country part of the European Union + I sent them the BSN official statement from my Dutch municipality and they told me I cannot be verified.. I have not seen something more discriminative in the modern world.. Something has to be done, otherwise all the expats will face the same problem.
